Jugfellow is currently in the pre-launch and Kickstarter preparation stage. Products displayed on this website may not yet be available for direct purchase or return through Jugfellow.com.

Pre-Launch Products

If a product is marked as “Coming Soon,” “Launching Soon,” “Launching on Kickstarter,” or similar, it is not currently available for direct purchase through this website. Because no direct website purchase has been completed, no return process applies at this stage.

Kickstarter Pledges

If you support Jugfellow through Kickstarter, your pledge, reward, cancellation, refund, and delivery arrangements are subject to Kickstarter’s terms and the specific campaign information provided on the Kickstarter project page.

Kickstarter pledges are not the same as ordinary online store purchases. Refund and cancellation options may depend on Kickstarter’s rules, campaign status, production progress, and fulfillment stage.

Direct Website Purchases

When Jugfellow products become available for direct purchase through Jugfellow.com, eligible returns may be accepted according to the return terms shown at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, return eligibility may depend on the following:

The item was purchased directly from Jugfellow.com.

The return request is made within the stated return period.

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is provided.

The item is not a final-sale, clearance, customized, or otherwise non-returnable item.

Return Shipping

Unless required by law or otherwise stated, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from a direct Jugfellow.com purchase, contact us as soon as possible at support@jugfellow.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We will review the request and provide instructions if the item is eligible for replacement, refund, or other support.

Items Not Purchased from Jugfellow.com

Products purchased from third-party platforms, retailers, crowdfunding platforms, or other channels must be handled according to the return or refund policy of the original purchase channel.
